It is a propaganda. The writer worked for Xinhua News Agency and is working in the think tank that is affiliated with CCP’s United Front Work Department. These are just talking points provided by CCP propaganda machine.
Seems more informative then the white house press releases and conferences. US needs to work on their propaganda game.
