This is a purely functional post.

The two key documents of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, held between Oct 20 and 23, were released yesterday, Tuesday, October 28, 2025. The Chinese authorities have also released their official English translations. ¹²

However, many apparently still struggle to simply find them, a testament to China’s much-touted capacity for “international communications” lol

So here they are.
