They have shortened the 10,000 years via traditional supercomputing to 150 seconds in quantum simulation calculation…Today we are meeting a group of intelligent supercomputing researcherswho are young - the Zhejiang Laboratory intelligent supercomputing team.
As an important part of national intelligent computing, in April 2021, 之江实验室智能超算研究中心 Zhejiang Laboratory Intelligent Supercomputing Research Center was established, and the average age of 23 members is only 28 years old. At present, internationally, intelligent supercomputing is still a frontier field, and many system theories are still to be improved. Whether it is basic hardware, Internet platform construction, or intelligent supercomputing applications, the team members are exploring from scratch. On top of continuously building a solid foundation of intelligent supercomputing hardware and software, this young team also strives to achieve breakthroughs in the international scientific frontier. The "quantum simulator" led by them, which took 4 months to develop, completed the calculations expected to take 10,000 years (via traditional supercomputing) to complete in only 304 seconds on the new generation of Shenwei supercomputers. In the following three months, the team reduced the time to 150 seconds. This Chinese solution, which condenses the wisdom of youth, not only provides correctness verification for quantum computers but also provides an important tool for quantum computer R&D. The national transportation network is overall smooth
Today (May 26), the Ministry of Transport held a press conference on the progress of work of logistics and ensuring smooth passage.
At present, the principles of 查验不劝返 verifying but not requiring turning back, 检测不等待 no waiting for testing, 核酸不重检, no double nucleic acid testing for COVID, and 政策不加码 no excessive policies have been implemented nationwide.

Yesterday (May 25), 344 cases of confirmed COVID cases in Shanghai were discharged from hospital, and 3,926 cases of asymptomatic infected persons were released from medical observation.

The Chinese mainland on Wednesday reported 104 locally-transmitted confirmed COVID-19 cases, of which 48 were in Shanghai and 36 in Beijing, the National Health Commission said Thursday.

Russia says it striked Ukrainian aircraft engine factory, Ukraine says it repelled Russian attack in Donbas
