The automobile analogy is powerful. But AI may be even more complex: we are not simply building roads for a finished engine. The engine itself is evolving while we build the roads, write the traffic rules, redesign organizations, and redefine the role of the driver. In that sense, coordination and interoperability may become the real bottleneck of AI’s second half.

Not sure the imaging and trucking examples belong in the same bucket. One stalls because nobody will sign for the mistake, the other because someone loses the job, and a governance fix for the first does nothing for the second.
