During the past decade Brazil and China built their relations based on an institutional framework that the country does not have with any other strategic partner, except for the countries in Mercosur (in terms of higher degrees of cultural proximity or mutual trust). Being a big fan or not, China has a lot of value for Brazil.
That was a great interview! Also it demonstrate how a mulltipolar world would help developing nations to succeed in their goals.
