Reading the article makes me think of the recent regulations on Chinese internet businesses, tutoring platforms, and gig economy platforms.
This also makes me think of the Software as a Service (SaaS) sector that is booming in western economies, especially in the B2B space, but has yet to take off in the Chinese economy.
I don't know but think Jiang is saying something like don't dismiss or undervalue certain services based on the stereotype that they don't make something tangible. And will let Zhixin know.
